Police Visit

Today Police came to our school to show us, how can they help on our community. They also show us a helicopter it is very cool, I really like it. The helicopter landed on our school ground. They also teach us some parts of the helicopter. The K9 units also came to show us some tricks. The dog name is Kahu and he is so fast and so strong . He is the best of smelling and tracking peoples. The dog breed is a German Shepherd.  The fun part is when the helicopter take off and some of are hats got blow away. 

Kiwi Sport-Badminton

Today we did kiwi sport. We learn forehand and backhand rally, it is little bit hard on the start but we manage it. It so fun to play badminton and we learn a new thing every day and practice it.

Personal Passion

My personal passion, I really like playing sport this is my hobbies everyday. I also like singing and playing instruments

Dragonflies

Today we did a explanation about dragon flies. Dallas help to do the explanation. Now we know that dragon flies is scared on the  dead fish.

Kiwi sport-Badminton

Today we did a kiwi sport,we do badminton it was so fun. Kevin from Badminton Auckland  teach us some technique to be better on the badminton. We also learn some trick shot. I have a partner and we do forehand grip and backhand grip. We also learn about keep eye on the shuttle.

How Children Learn at School?

Children learn from their mistakes. It’s important to learn because they go to school and build their knowledge for the future. They can learn to understand. Writing,Reading maths and inquiry. We all learn different from each other. Why do children need to learn? The need to learn to understand to work with each other collaborate and be a team.

How do children learn at school. In our school we use devices. Others use papers,books and pencils to learn. Now days we use Chromebooks which is absolutely amazing. Technology is more easier that books because you can blog your work and  it will stay on the internet. Instead of books. When it comes to deleting on devices you just press delete. On paper or books you have to cross out or erase.

For children to learn. They copy each other. Children communicate and work together as a team. Children observe what the teacher does. They use different learning and new leaning to learn. Kids are curious to learn.

Children use technology. Because it’s more easier and more convenient. Children around the world learn different. Kids use their imagination. When they play games,Dress ups and what they wanna be when they grow up.

Today Ls2 was learning how to write an explanation about how children learn at school. We have some mistake about spelling and some grammar but we did really well writing an explanation.

Screencastify-Finding Fraction

Today we use screencastify, We also did math strategies it's so fun to use the screencastify because of that we can record our learning today. I make a screencastify I do math strategies,I make a 2 fraction problem it is simple problem and very helpful. It is easy to use and very simple.
