Ballad Poem - Charlotte Ann
Today we learned about a ballad poem. A ballad poem is a poem that tell a story. Tai, Coree, Jonathan, Julian and I work really hard to answer the questions. We learned a lot about the work in 1900's, I learned that many people criticise women in 1900's. Many people said that women cant do what men can do, But Charlotte Anne prove that women can do what men can do.
What Happened to the Cinema?
Today for maths we make an story about cinema in 1900's. The Television killed the cinema, television is much cheaper than going to the cinema. I work with Jack to make this story we use teamwork to make it.

Raurimu Spiral
Today for reading our task is to search up the Raurimu Spiral. I use my smart searching skill to find some information about Raurimu Spiral. I learnt that the Raurimu Spiral is in North island of New Zealand and it was constructed in 1905 and finished in 1908.
New Zealand Jobs In 1870
Today we learnt about Jobs in New Zealand during 1870. In that time there is no equality to women and man. Many people said that women cant do what men can do, but Charlotte Anne prove that women can do what men can do. There is lots of jobs for men but not for women.
Kiwi Can Reflection
Today for Kiwi can we learn about Role model, our topic for this month is Integrity. We play an interesting game called fruit salad. It is an easy game, if someone said apple you need to jump forward and if someone said banana you will jump backward.
Kiwi Sport Reflection
Today in kiwi sport I learnt how to play Rippa Rugby. Its my first time playing it, it is so interesting to play it. I learnt how to pass and how to rip the rippa. Thank you Heimish for teaching us to play Rippa.

Samoan Language Week - Traditional Foods

This week is Samoan language week and so for it half of LS1 and LS2 were grouped into two LS1 students and two LS2 students (Since the other halves were on a trip), we could choose from doing traditional events, foods, numbers and other things but my group just chose to do traditional food. We put pictures, the recipe and the ingredients in.

Read Theory Progress
Today for reading we look to our chart to see if we are progressing to our reading. It is hard to achieve Grade 7 but I'm trying hard to achieve Grade 7 to 8. My chart is good but I know I can be better at reading, I will practice reading every time so I can achieve a high grade.
Wild Boar
Today for reading we learn about Wild boar and read a story about it. There are many kinds of Wild boar specially in Asia. Wild boar is a very dangerous animal. It is similar to a pig and a bear.
Maths - Ages
This week we were solving the age of Richard, Craig, Jack, Peter and Malcolm. For this learning I worked with my friend Miki. I think this activity was bit hard and tricky.
Maths- Fence Post
Today for maths we are solving problem about Fence post. This question is so tricky at first I really don't understand the question and how to do it, but we manage to solve it. Miki and I work hard to answer this question.
Maths - Fraidoon and Alex Salary
Today for maths we were learning about salary of Fraidoon and Alex. We solve who's salary is bigger after 5 years. Fraidoon has bigger salary than Alex we add numbers to solve the problems. Fraidoon salary after 5 years is $43,700 and Alex salary is $39,500. We make a table to add up all of the numbers to get the answer.
Travel to School
Today for maths we calculate how student go to school. 50% of the class use car to go to school, 36.4% walk to go to school. , Miki , John and I work hard to calculate the exact percentage on Google sheet and we make a pie of the percentage, then we got all of the percentage.
Maths Body Measurements
Today for math my partner and I created a slide about body measuring. As we were measuring there was only 2 question that was false. Every group had there own answers because they have different sizes and how tall they are.

Unfinished Drink
Unfinished drink it is about La tour mollet who died on the war. He says "Don't drink it or Sell it I will drink it when I came back. But he never come back he died in the war. An Anoymous Person made a poem about him and it is really sad that he died on the war
